Lunchtime and a couple of groups in. Soft background music and a log fire going made for a pleasant atmosphere on a cold grey day.

Early afternoon, I had a good chat with the landlord and landlady. I was told that Doom Bar had proved extremely popular when it was available as a guest beer recently and that Castle Rock Midnight Owl and a beer called Urban Fox should be available soon.
