On this 2130 visit only one change noted in this very slow turnover Wetherspoons.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Hawkshead - Lakeland Lager5.00ExcellentA very nice pint. Refreshing, pilsner style, as good as it can get for a UK draught version of a classic continental beer. Good condition too. (Catching the ales when fresh on here is the key).
22 Apr 2010 (Ian)
Finally got logged in downstairs as the Cloud doesn't connect upstairs. Oh well means I will spend less time here than I would otherwise which is probably no bad thing.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Hawkshead - Lakeland Lager5.00GoodVery drinkable cask lager, some perfumed hop, some lemon, lots of drinkability in the body. Good effort at a style that isn't easy to get right.
