Evening. Last on a short Spoon's crawl to use up some Guest Beer vouchers. Impressive well maintained venue with staff clearly enjoying their work as a team.

Late evening whistlestop. A very helpful member of staff went out of his way to find me a latest copy of local CAMRA magazine Draught Copy.

Fourth JDw this afternoon.Used to have a bad reputation here but much improved these days. Centrally located. Large busy all glass type building. Found four festival winners needed here so, at 1630, the decision to stay for a curry and four pints was not a hard one to make?
BeerABVScoreNotes
Budelse - Capucijn6.00ExceptionalAn exceptionally good Dutch beer. Assume it's been shipped over rather than brewed in the UK. Good condition. Beer of the day?
Shepherd Neame - Goose Island Honkers Ale4.20ExcellentBrewed at Shepherd Neame. And not bad at all.
Sharp's - Gentle Jane4.80ExcellentVery good this one.
Marston's - Zululand Zulu Blonde4.50GoodAt last, good to find it on, but, sadly, a disappointing brew, nothing special at all.
Everards (see entries against Joule's & Robinsons whilst its new brewery was being built) - Val-Dieu Abbaye Blonde5.50Not Tried
