Relative calm compared to the Ale House next door, although still a decent Saturday night trade.

The pub is found in Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1LW.
Highly convenient pub right outside Chelmsford railway station. A small place, with standing areas at the front and compartment seating at the rear, with a small garden behind. 10 handpumps with 4 and 5 at opposite ends of the bar counter plus 1 for cider roughly in the middle.
