Tuesday lunchtime, we were the only customers at first but a few others drifted in later. We had a very good chat with the owner and stayed for longer than originally planned.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Adnams - Mosaic Pale Ale4.10Excellent
Angels & Demons (now uses McCanns branding not its own) - Panama Jazz4.80ExcellentThe landlord told us that the cask label said Angels and Demons whilst the pump clip said McCanns, as this was on gravity dispense he used the name on the cask label. An excellent brew however.

Evening until 9.30pm close. This cheered up my usual antipathy towards bank holidays. The couple running this Micropub have well researched the concept and made this a classic and welcoming Micropub haunt.
