Just made it minutes before 2, closing. They happily stayed open until gone 3 for the nine of us (and a good number of regulars as well). Good session.

Good lunchtime crowd, all of a certain age. 4 beers on at £3.20.

Mid evening until close busy with many regulars, friendly welcome we sat at the bar and chatted to Kirsty and Phil whom my friend knew well. Despite being full of curry I managed to enjoy 3 of the 4 beers on offer..

Shop conversion in classic Micropub style, that opened on March 24th 2017 in Minnis Road. 3 real ales (5 at weekends) and cider sold on gravity dispense from a smart temperature controlled cellar room. Seating is at a mix of wall mounted benches and high tables and low tables and chairs and several low armchairs in the front window. Run by Phil and Kirsty a very enthusiastic couple.
