Heaving by mid-evening on Friday. A lot of extra custom due to the unexpected closure of the Criterion due to a power cut and a full house at the Beer Festival. The ales were flying out of the place and a full compliment of 12 was maintained throughout. This place in its former guise as Out of the Vaults was largely responsible for awakening me to the glory of artisan ale and as such I will always have a soft spot for it.
