Late evening visit and a few familiar faces, one of whom had just made his selections on the juke box which included Right said Fred by Bernard Cribbins and Stairway to Heaven by Rolf Harris. This pub has changed hands recently and the new landlady came over and introduced herself to us, apart from the change of ownership nothing seems to have changed in here. My friend commented on the number of men wearing skirts but I assured her that they were kilts.

The pub is found in Ramsgate, Kent, CT11 9JS.
A small corner pub on a hill, West Cliff Road, not far from the town centre. It has a rather rambling interior with the main seating area raised above the bar floor and a basement seating area too. Glorious stained glass street windows. 6 handpumps on the bar counter enhanced to make 9 in 2022.
