Thornbridge / Thornbridge Hall - Hark | 4.80 | Spicier than when I had it last year I thought. Not as spicy as Dark Star Winter Meltdown though. Really drinkable.
Thornbridge / Thornbridge Hall - Equinox | 5.90 | A Vienna IPA. OK I am expecting this to be glorious. Some grapefruit hop on aroma. Good hop sting in mouth. Vienna malts are quite pronounced in the flavour in the mouth. The hops are assertive, then really juicy and fruity on the finish. They blend well with the malts. The finish goes on and on and on. Great condition too. Oh man that is glorious. Full Vienna malts and juicy pink grapefruit flavours.
Thornbridge / Thornbridge Hall - Exposed | 4.00 | A strawberry and pink peppercorn stout. Very dark ruby, lasting thin beige head. Aroma of a choccy stout. Bit of burnt roast in mouth. Touch of the promised strawberry. Then the sweeetness of the strawvverry and bite of the peppercorns kick in. Some charcoal hints, but the strawverry is just right, subtle, then the pepper takes it on with the hops to give it a good biting finish. They have pulled it off, amazing how they have pulled off the ingredients and the blending of the flavours.
Dark Star - Six Hop | 6.50 | More syrupy alcoholic and less hoppy than last year's version.
