Mid evening fairly busy with folk coming and going during our stay. Good to see this place (and the Taproom) attracts the more upmarket clientele compared to the usual establishments here.

Early lunchtime - had a good chat with the guv, he apologised for the limited selection of ales - apparently had been shut for a while after new year and was waiting on fresh supplies. Could have been the reason that both beers were a little tired.
Liked it though - I will be back.

My first visit here and I liked it, we were the only customers for a while until a few arrived during our stay. Enthusiastic and welcoming landlord.
