lovely beer was hard work calling it a day on two pints. Black with a clotted cream coloured head that lasted really well, rich mocha notes with black treacle on the finish lets the kids go trick or treating I will stay in the pub with this.

Lovely full malt fruitiness full mouth feel in this dark ruby ale
The pub is found in Market Harborough, Leicestershire, LE16 7NJ.
In the High Street this was once Thomas Goward's grocery shop. Founded in 1810, Goward's traded on this site until 1910, weighing out provisions and cutting sugar by hand from a conical-shaped sugar loaf. Long narrow 'Spoon's, toilets at same level as bar. Arced bar counter with 6 handpumps.
We have visited this pub 6 times, seen 16 different beers and tried 7 of them.
