I’m dropped back in London after an excellent weekend away in (mostly) Gloucestershire. In here for some refreshment and a look at the Wetherspoon beer festival list.

Busy with Saturday afternoon diners and drinkers.

| JW Lees (see also Lees) - Moonraker | 6.50 | | Strong black winter warmer type ale, reduced in strength but none the worse for it. Rich and full bodied with sweet toffee and dried fruit flavours rounded off with a fruity finish. My score 16/20. |

For a Lloyds No. 1 bar I thought that it had a decent selection of guest ales. Fairly typical fairly souless 'Spoons.
