Evening visit - more relaxed and less rowdy than on past afternoons. Clearly very keen on its CAMRA connections and has a plasma screen listing its real time menu of real ales.

Caledonian - Cossack Imperial Russian Stout6.00GoodThis was just being pulled through as I arrived, so at £1.60/pint it had to be done. Quite dry and sharp tasting with a lot of bitter roast flavours. Smooth mouthfeel with a dry roast finish. My score 15/20.
