Home brew pub with disappointing beer. The bar girl recommended the Gloombar as her beer of choice.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Farriers Arms - Harvest Plenty4.20AcceptableLacking any real flavour. Tasted like a homebrew beer.

18:00 visit. En-route home and a quick look in. Seems they've been busy since Friday with this annual beer, music and food festival and a fair crowd still in. Two very large marquees, and several food outlets. Some 35+ national and local ales were on plus local ciders. Ales listed from the pub bar.

My first visit to this pub in years-last time, it was an Ind Coope house I think. A few folkies were convening for a tune up on a warm Tuesday evening.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Farriers Arms - 16063.70ExcellentA really decent brown bitter, something that Kentish brewers do very well. The hops are definitely there, but so is a good kotchel of malt.Good stuff.

Cycled from Canterbury across the north downs. Interesting pub with a beautiful beer garden, the chickens were incredibly friendly. Shame there was only 2 Farriers beers on after coming all this way.
