Evening visit until curfew close, prompted by an email received from the Guv advising (like a siren beckoning one on to the rocks) of a 1066 Old cask being broached tonight.

Evening visit until curfew close. My first visit since the end of lockdown. Very impressive use of transparent plastic sheeting to create separated seating pods. The venue has taken distancing precautions more seriously than any other house I have visited so far. Good to see Guv Mike. Soon felt pretty much like the home of old.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Hop Fuzz - Martello3.80ExcellentBest of the evening. Basic mid-brown hopped bitter
Kent - Prohibition4.80ExcellentIn excellent nick but oooooh sooooooo much raw edge bitterness. Maybe time has made me forget but I don't recall this being so viciously bitter
