Mid evening visit. Surprised the Guv remembered me from such a long ago last visit. Bohemian feel, low lit and noted that 2 KeyKeg beers have been introduced since then.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') - Black Pearl Oyster Stout6.20GoodKeyKeg dispense, Gadds' quality came through. On this cooled dispense came through rather like a Draught Guinness

Evening after being cut to pieces by some of the strongest wind I have ever walked in. Good to see this is now permanently open and pleased to be recognised from my previous Easter 2015 visit. Ticks all the Micropub boxes.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') - No. 73.80Good
Late Knights - Morning Glory4.40GoodBetter Late Knights than I have had in Late Knights's pubs
Isla Vale Alesmiths - IPA5.50Not TriedJust a taster and seemed to be heavily sugar-laden so no go for me

Found it! Great micro pub in the traditional format. Proper cold room means the beers were in great condition. Bedford camra group were in attempting to do 40,000 visits to pubs and the rest.Welcome addition to the loop bus pub tour.
BeerABVScoreNotes

It is nice to see this pub open now open on a regular basis. This was my first visit here after quite a long wait and it was nice to be able to dispel all the rumours as to why the pub had closed soon after the initial opening.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Dark Star - American Pale Ale (some has also been brewed by Fuller's)4.70Excellent
Late Knights - Penge Porter4.60ExcellentRare to see Late Knights beers in pubs other than their own.

Evening. Latest Micropub to open in Kent and at last makes a reason for visiting Cliftonville. Long conversation about beer and Micropubs with the family licensees. A rather abv heavy beer range.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Wantsum - Ravening Wolf5.90Excellent
Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') - East Kent India Pale Ale6.50Excellent
Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') - No. 1010.00GoodAn Imperial Stout. The licensees' son has produced a convincing Gadds' pumpclip for, apparently, the only cask not sold through Planet Thanet Beer Festival over Easter

The pub is found in Cliftonville, Kent, CT9 2NR.

Family-run Micropub on Northdown Parade (just off Northdown Road in Price's Avenue) in a former end of terrace take-away food shop which opened on Good Friday April 2015 after a number of false starts. The walls are adorned with various advertisements in enamel and framed. Real ale is served on gravity dispense through 5 wall-mounted quarter turn taps which are directly connected to casks in a temperature controlled cellar room behind the wall. There is a bar counter and 2 KeyKeg beers have recently been introduced with beer taps with skull head handles. Easy to get to from much of Thanet on the regular Loop bus service. ** Reported as temporarily closed for "Council reasons" after no more than about a week of being open** so watch the pub's Facebook page for latest updates. Re-opened December 2015 after reapplication for premises licence. Latterly no cask beer served here.

We have visited this pub 8 times, seen 23 different beers and tried 14 of them.
