About The George (formerly The George Inn)

Website.

The pub is found in London Bridge, Greater London, SE1 1NH.

This historic 17th century Grade I listed galleried inn is London’s last remaining and owned by the National Trust and leased to Greene King. Just off Borough High Street nearest the Borough Market end and affords an outdoor seating area in the cobbled courtyard at its front. There is a long thin series of bars and with a dining area on the ground floor and an upstairs gallery bar. Not to be confused with another George pub sharing the same courtyard which runs as a sports bar and also managed by Greene King. Real ales on: Greene King IPA, their own badged The George Inn Ale, and 4 changing beers as confirmed on my visit in November 2024.

We have visited this pub once, seen 0 different beers and tried them all.
