Hogan Sampling		12 Apr 2025	Had a taster of this pale ale from the Northdown microbrewery just outside Margate in Kent, and which was brought to us voluntarily by the owner to sample as fresh on. Superb head and lacing was presented on this and lasting. A fruity and citrusy first hit. A dry hoppiness in the mouthfeel followed. A slight sourness in the bitter taste came to the fore and no doubt from the odd grapefruit involved in its making. A bitterish aftertaste lived on. Very thirst-quenching.
