Ian | | 05 Dec 2005 | Chestnut colour, thing lasting beige head. Attractive yeast/hop/caramel aroma. More yeasty caramel in mouth before a really drying hop finish. Quite a beauty for this style of beer |

Ian | | 27 May 2006 | Chestnut colour with beige head. Yeasty aroma, toffee in middle and then hop on end. Rubbery hop finish. Bitter, bit chewy in mouth. I really like it. Excellent best bitter. |

Andrew | | 13 Aug 2005 | Dark brown bitter with hops and some malt. Not my kind of beer really. |
4.30% ABV.
Golden red colour with a well balanced aroma with a hint of sweetness. Full bodied, the taste is initially sweet giving way to a dry hop bitterness, finishing with a slightly sweet fruitiness.
