StephenAcceptable23 Sep 2009 ok just not great maybe too long in the pipe manager pulled some off that tasted better

The Samuel Peto, Folkestone, Kent

IanAcceptable20 Oct 2006 Slight haze with a copper colour and a bubbly beige head. Quite a lovely hop aroma, bit of malty fruit. Malt is a little syrupy in mouth. Palate is odd. Bit medicinal. Finish has goodish hop, drying. Shame, as I like Mordue beers, but th malt isn't right on this and the hop is too drying on the end to be balanced.
