Late evening visit. Accosted by a character who said he was off to Holyhead on the train (but no idea of train times) to go to Ireland and was paying on his card for more beers than he wanted and giving them randomly to people.

The pub is found in Euston, Central London, NW1 2EF.

Sited in the neo classical lodges at the front of Euston mainline railway station and operated by Bloomsbury Leisure Group. The West Lodge opened initially then the East Lodge opened as a cider bar but was later converted to matching the West Lodge drinks offerings. In each lodge the bar is on the ground floor with more seating and the toilets upstairs via a narrow spiral staircase. In the West Lodge there are 8 cask beers on air pressure and 19 keg taps are fitted on the back wall plus there are fridges of bottled beers on either side of the bar. Owned by the same people as the Sheffield Tap on the station there. No food is prepared here but pizzas may be ordered at the bar and then they are shipped in by a supplier.

We have visited this pub 81 times, seen 305 different beers and tried 105 of them.
