A lunch stop for about forty people on a coach tour, it can't be easy catering for that many people in a busy pub but the orders were taken efficiently and food delivered in reasonable time with no mistakes. People were impressed with the good value beer and food here.

15:00 visit. A short Marsh ride from Snargate soon found this lively village local. Again, the weather brought the crowds out with a full garden area and many people enjoying the ales, barbecue and a local band. The annual beer festival, which started on the Friday, was well supported judging by the amount of ales that were sold out today! 5 ales on the main bar and a further 25 from across the UK in the marquee, plus no less than 16 Ciders. Nice pub and location.
