Mid afternoon fairly quiet plenty of free tables for our group to spread out. Friendly welcome from the staff who coped well with our short stay.

Evening visit until 10pm close. My first visit. Very friendly behind the bar. Apparently a group of 12 Rugby associated friends have set up the venture. They are well aware of the noise echoing here and have already started with some noise baffling provisions. Just annoying CAMRA discount was not proffered, I found out only afterwards.

The pub is found in Gravesend, Kent, DA11 0BA.
Some way down the High Street from the town centre this micropub opened on Saturday 27th July 2019 in a tattoo bar and previously a bar and music venue. It is in the vaulted cellar accessed via a spiral staircase from a lobby room. Real ales and ciders sold on gravity dispense from a chilled cellar room behind the bar counter. CAMRA members' discount available. Card payments accepted. The second room is now open, effectively doubling the venue's size.
