Mid afternoon and fairly busy with drinkers, small as the world is I'd arranged to meet up with my retired mate and there was another already in here so we had a good old days reminiscing session.

Lovely low ceilinged old pub in The Street, in a pretty part of Willesborough, not far from William Harvey Hospital. Central dark wood bar serves large single room. Large fireplace to one side. Original wood beams add character. Quirky split level garden at rear. Cosy pub with 5 handpumps.
