Hospital maternity wards kick you out between 1 and 3pm so I had some time to kill. What better way to kill time than visit a pub? This wasn't the pub I thought it was. Having driven though Minster some years back I remember the pub as having flint walls so I was a little suprised when I found it didn't. The inside was open plan with a large central horse-shoe bar.
Batemans - Summer Swallow | 3.90 | | In good condition. Light hoppy beer with a slightly sulphorous flavour. Quite drinkable really. |
Greene King - IPA (was 3.6%) | 3.40 | Not Tried
Greene King - Abbot | 5.00 | Not Tried
