Met-up with Ian in the early evening. We watched the clientèle ebb and flow over about an hour. The service here is great as are the beers.

Very friendly helpful staff, had a chat with the brewers, Tom and John, they are very enthusiastic and helpful. Had a good talk about hops and brewing liquor. Food is good here to and real english mustard, not that heinz pap.

A friend of mine was back for the weekend so we headed to Canterbury for a little pub crawl. Ridiculously hot outside, this place with it's air-con was a breath of fresh air.

1pm visit: busy lunch time and lots of ale being consumed, the food here is also very good and if a CAMRA card holder you also receive money off the food as well as the ale, result!! :)
