Afternoon visit about tea time. I was disappointed to find that most of the beers that I would have liked were labelled as available soon.

Early lunchtime (about 1130). One barperson struggling to serve many customers. Complaints about breakfasts not having arrived. Eventually got served a short pint, supped it and left. Just noted that one.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Three Castles - Autumn Daze4.40GoodMy 7/8 of a pint was nice.
12 Sep 2017 (ChrisE)
Afternoon visit and a nice pleasant atmosphere, service was prompt and friendly and I met up with a fellow CAMRA member in here. We wondered whether at £2.65 per pint (before discount) this might be the most expensive pub in town. The usual range of beers were available plus the ones listed below.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Prescott - Hill Climb3.80Good
Grafton - Apricot Jungle4.80Not TriedThe thought of beer tasting of apricots really put me off trying this.
14 Jul 2017 (Magnus Greel)
Early evening and busy nearly all tables taken. Just a swift one before my bus to Great Chart. I've only listed the beer I had.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Caledonian - Maui Brewery Island Inspired Blonde Ale4.50ExcellentCreamy tropical and fruity. Delicious.
11 May 2017 (ChrisE)
Excellent service spoiled by junior schol chucking out time and young mothers not knowing their table numbers and shouting across the pub. Without doubt the best place in Ashford for beer though.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Everards (see entries against Joule's & Robinsons whilst its new brewery was being built) - Arcadia Session Pale Ale4.50ExceptionalA good light hoppy ale with plenty of flavour.
Bowman - Quiver Bitter4.50Excellent
01 Feb 2017 (Magnus Greel)
Busy for a mid evening mid week visit no doubt due to Ashford's rapidly diminishing variety of pubs to choose from.
