Probably my favourite pub in London, busy as ever but managed to get a couple of stalls at the bar. We had a good chat with Mary behind the bar whilst enjoying the ales we also enjoyed the delicious sausages they prepare behind the bar.

Evening. Apparently the busiest pub evening before Christmas all over London and probably all other UK towns and cities and here was good evidence. Heaving and people asking for "give me an ale". The staff here worked like Trojans and kept everyone happy.
