Early evening - friendly welcome (the landlady welcomes everyone with a kiss apparently). A few in and more as I was leaving. Very moderate prices £2.85 to £3.00 for stronger beers.

Evening. Glorious welcome. Quiet but there was another Micropub aficionado in who had visited many non-Kent ones and was outspoken on some listed as such but which should be declassified.

early evening just after 5 - a very warm welcome and a few in with some comings and goings in the short time I was in. Interesting chat with the owners - they are the 100th registered micropub in the UK and looking forward to their plaque.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Canterbury Brewers - Foundry Man's Gold4.00ExcellentI've had this in both the Foundry, where it is brewed, and the City Arms Canterbury, the sister pub and liked it - but this was superb and superior straight from the cask.
Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') - DogBolter Dark Porter5.60GoodWonderful rich flavour - head disappeared a little quickly, but very nice.

Evening. Amazing welcome, in most comfortable surroundings, in what is obviously a labour of love for the couple running this new venture. Given an impromptu tour of facilities which are all to a high standard and well thought through.

Opening time on day one, it still had the Maxwell's Amusements signage above the doors and windows. Peter from the Mash Tun gave a short opening speech as the socialising commenced. I think there were four beers available but there had not been time to list them on the chalk board. This pub is conveniently close to Dover Priory Railway Station so it may well become my first and last port of call on future visits to Dover.
