Excellent boozer. Lots of people in and some great 80's and 90's music on the jukebox. Apparently they don't have Dark on anymore as there was no demand.

I'm used to there being an off beer for sale here so very surprised not to find anything to fault today. Also tried a Double Vison Perry which was also on top form !

One of three Goacher's tied pubs. The Royal Paper Mill is a traditional out of town pub and is in the heart of the Tovil district in Maidstone. The 'R.P.M.' is what you would call a workmen's pub and has a very lively atmosphere with darts being one of the main attractions.
We have visited this pub 12 times, seen 6 different beers and tried them all.
