Closed permanently from today in its current guise and will now undergo conversion to a Hotel and Restaurant complex. Think there is a little bit of private invitation to finish off the beer stocks over the next day or two though.

Evening. Welcome warmth after long walk back from Hollowshore. Rumoured that the pub is to close and be converted to a boutique hotel. Wonder where the regulars (and there were lots tonight) will then mingle. Competitive prices.

Evening. Saloon quite crowded with drinkers. Like a greenhouse and seemingly no windows to open and door firmly shut. An excellent pint but a relief to get out into the air again quickly.

Beautiful pub tucked behind the brewery. I got the impression that real ale is quite fresh on the scene in this pub but I may be wrong. Regardless it was probably my favourite pub in Faversham on this trip.

I came here as the Watford vs Man Utd game was advertised on TV. Public bar had a hand full of locals in and there were filled rolls on the bar for people to buy. Had a slightly younger clientele than the rest of the pubs I had visited.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Fuller's (part of Asahi Europe) - London Pride4.10GoodVery nice. Good malts, balanced by bitter hops. Good fruit in mouth. Very good best bitter and I was impressed with the flavour. I don't drink this often as it is widely available, but this was worth a second pint during the second half of the football.
