Early evening fairly quiet a couple of locals at the bar and a few tables occupied with drinkers. Not changed a bit from what I remember.

We haven't been for some time so thought we would give it a try again. The lunchtime menu, 2 courses for £10, proved a good choice and we had attentive service as well. There were a few others in, at the bar and in the restaurant.

Haven't been for some time so thought we would give the OAP lunchtime menu a try again. We were not disappointed with the options, the quality of the dishes or the service. There a few people in the restaurant areas, one or two eating outside and some at the bar.

Moderately busy when we went at lunchtime. We had a good meal after a hiccup with one of the main courses which lacked filling initially. Pleasant service.

We were on our way to the park and Isabel needed the loo, so we came here. We sat in the rear garden with its views of the church turrets.
