Hogan Sampling		17 May 2025	Presented with good head and lacing and lasting. A very dry bitter first hit on this Birling-based brewery's mild from north of West Malling in Kent. The bitterness continued to persist into the mouthfeel with a pleasantly moreish dryness lingering.

Hogan Sampling		07 Jun 2025	Came with good head and lacing on this mild from Birling, north of West Malling in Kent. A very berry-infused fruity first hit. Almost the flavouring of Ribena pervading the mouthfeel with a maltiness rising up from all those berry flavours. A bitter dryness then coming to the fore in its aftertaste and lasting.
