Garden was busy by 1pm so we sat inside which also became fully occupied by late afternoon. Potential customers queuing outside only to be told the pub was at full capacity in these Covid times. Amazingly the one member of staff on manages to greet and take details at the door, serve, do table service inside and out, clean and change casks all on her own and the service is excellent, other establishments take note!

Before my visit to this great Micro I had the pleasure of walking and shopping in the town, can I just say that Faversham should be extremely proud of itself as the Market town this Christmas was stunning, shops buzzing, great market stalls, brass band playing in the square, you simply could not of wished for anything more, the town was as traditional as you can get and truly felt like Christmas's of old. Inside the pub was no different, as ready flow of customers before a brief quiet period then before you knew it the pub was heaving, great atmosphere!
