Lunchtime visit with the sole purpose of finding out what time this place opens on Sundays for breakfast. My bill came to £3.05 (£3.55 less voucher) so I gave £10.05 expecting to receive £7 in change. This totally confused the girl and I watched her looking confused and tapping buttons on whatever she was wearing on her wrist and after a considerable amount of time and consulting with another member of staff she returned with £6.50 and no beer. The problem was eventually resolved and I sat down and enjoyed my beer but I vowed never to try to offer an odd coin to the digital generation again. I have not listed all the beers that were available.

Late morning and busy with most tables occupied, I found a vacant one down by the servery, where I enjoyed an early F&C lunch. I like the prevalence of 240V/USB power points at tables adjacent to walls and bulkheads.

Lunchtime to mid afternoon busy with the expected throughput for its location, my first visit and pleased to see it's not your usual clone spoons, in fact to the casual observer is just another station concourse bar.

I had wondered what was going to replace WH Smith’s when they downsized at St Pancras. Busy at lunchtime, but I was able to secure a table and service was prompt.

Thursday evening and full, thankfully there were twelve or more staff serving so service was fast, and a fair number of others clearing tables. I had a pint whilst waiting for a train from the nearby South Eastern Railway operated part of the station. I have not listed all the beers available but all twelve pumps appeared to be in use.

2 hour evening visit on opening night, until midnight close. The place was well staffed and the bar counter by me was wiped down 3 times in 2 hours! Old old JDW problem of leaving pumpclips showing when beers had run out so we generously turned them round, which seemed to bemuse the staff. Will be a popular Wetherspoon's even at top price 'Spoon's real ale prices. Strangely for a midnight close pub the security staff seemed to expect everybody to be out by midnight despite drinks being served just before this!!!!
