Early evening and unusually quiet in here ahead of the holiday weekend.

Early evening, catching up with Terry L and Blondie, before they head off for their quiz fixture at the Bull.
| Tap East - Tonic Ale | 3.00 | | Very nice. |
| Titanic - Cherry Dark | 4.40 | | This beer certainly does have a lot of cherry flavour, without being sweet. After a while I realised that I liked it a lot. |
| Thornbridge / Thornbridge Hall - I Love You Will U Marry Me | 4.50 | | On keg dispense. I don’t usually buy beers with names that show poor spelling and punctuation (not that I’m any good at it myself), but was pleased that I bought this one. Reddish / gold in colour, this beer has the lovely taste of fresh strawberries. |

| Tap East - Dry-hopped Lager | 4.80 | | On keg dispense. Golden and cloudy. Smooth. Rather nice. Good, lingering, hoppy flavours. |

Monday evening post-work, pre-Sainsbury’s visit. I lead such a mundane life. As others have observed, guest beers are now priced according to strength in here.
| Liverpool Craft - Mørk | 4.80 | | A black Oatmeal Stout with a big brown head. Very tasty, although dry for the style. |
| Big Hand - Bastion Best Bitter | 4.20 | | A chestnut-coloured, top quality, regular Bitter. There is not enough of this sort of stuff around. |
