Hadn't been in since I got back to the UK so thought I'd make it my last pub visit before heading back to Oz. This pub is consistent, I love it.
| Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') - No. 7 | 3.80 | | Possibly my favourite session beer, this is just so drinkable. Light, hoppy and incredibly refreshing. |
| Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') - Rye Pale Ale | 4.00 | | Solid pale ale with a hint of rye. Good stuff. |
| Skinner's (now brewed by Goodh) - Betty's Big Sister | 5.30 | | Fruity and very malty ESB, I would happily drink it again. |

A lively lunch time session. I rate this pub, and the Artillery Arms as joint firsts for best the pubs in Ramsgate.
| Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') - No. 7 | 3.80 | | A superb pint of Gadds'. |
| Loddon - Bamboozle Pale Ale | 4.80 | | Well hopped pale ale. |

This is the best pub in Thanet for me and the only one on my itinerary for the day that was non-negotiable. Everything about this pub is what I want from a boozer. The landlord's friendly and knows his business.
| Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') - No. 7 | 3.80 | | This was in perfect condition and tasted like liquefied Yorkshire Pudding. Superb beer. |
| Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') - No. 3 | 5.00 | Not Tried | |
| Davenport's - Heatwave | 4.10 | Not Tried | |

We arrived in time to get a couple of pints before afternoon closing. This is a superb traditional pub with very good beers, I always try and visit this place when I am in the area.
| Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') - No. 7 | 3.80 | | A good session beer. |
| Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') - Dr Sunshine's Special Friendly English Wheat Ale | 4.20 | Not Tried | |

My last port of call on a Saturday evening. Roger Corbett was sitting at the bar, and we had a few beers before catching the last fast train home.
| Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') - No. 7 | 3.80 | | No. 7 is my favourite of Gadd's regular beers, and it is always good in here. |
| Triple fff - Moondance | 4.20 | | |
14 Mar 2010 (Blair)
The good old Monty 'Sunday session', the busiest a pub will get in Thanet. No seats left so stood in front of the bar and chatted about the upcoming Thanet beer festival.
| Brains - The Rev James Original | 4.50 | | Malty and fruity bitter, pretty good. |
| Newmans - Spring Cottage Biscuit | 4.20 | | Overly sweet, slightly malty with a hint of hops. Meh. |
| Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') - No. 7 | 3.80 | Not Tried | |

3rd stop and it breaks up the walk back to Broadstairs nicely. The busiest of the 3 pubs we were in, and you can always expect a friendly welcome.
| Mordue - Workie Ticket | 4.50 | | Fruity and malty bitter, really easy drinking. |

Just came down for a quiet midweek drink. Pub quiz was going on, didn't even know they did one here. Just sat behind the bar and enjoyed our beer.
| Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') - No. 7 | 3.80 | | Light, crisp and very refreshing. A top notch pale ale. |
| Camerons - Fools Gold | 4.00 | | Quite typical fruity and slightly malty pale ale. Pleasant enough. |
| Batemans - Hooker | 4.50 | Not Tried | |
| Dark Star - Original | 5.00 | Not Tried | My mate had the last of it. |

Just a post-cinema swifty tonight. Half a dozen or so people in, including Gray. We sat and discussed the pros and cons of remaking or making sequels to movies. We're an exciting bunch.
| Wantsum - Black Pig | 4.80 | | Roasted malt and maybe a hint of chocolate. The flavours are good but I thought it was a little bit watery and not quite full-flavoured enough. |
| Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') - No. 7 | 3.80 | Not Tried | |

It must have been a long time since I was last here as the building has completely changed colour, the facelift looks good. I've missed these sunday afternoon sessions, great fun.
| Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') - 80/- | 4.60 | | Incredibly smooth and very malty. Really satisfying beer. |
