Came in for a quick couple just before closing. Quiet, but then where isn't on a monday night?
| Potbelly - Redwing | 4.80 | | Reddy brown with a thick white head. Looks a bit better than it tastes, was by no means bad but compared to other Potbelly beers it was a bit poor. |
| Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') - No. 7 | 3.80 | Not Tried | |
23 Apr 2008 (Blair)
Came here at opening and it was busy right from the start. Lots of people in celebrating St Georges Day. Great atmosphere, great pub.
| Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') - Dragon's Blood ESB | 5.20 | | I've been waiting a long time to try this, and it didn't disappoint. Sweet and hoppy and very smooth. Lovely stuff. |

Really nice evening, had to go out for a few pints.
| Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') - No. 7 | 3.80 | | Light, hoppy and refreshing. |
| Marston's - Wychwood Hobgoblin IPA (was Ruby Beer, was Hobgoblin) | 4.50 | | This is the "new improved" version. Ruby ale instead of dark and now only 4.5%. This is pretty pants really. |
03 Apr 2008 (Blair)
Busy with the ladies darts team all playing tonight. I'd quite happily be here every night if I had the money.
| Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') - No. 7 | 3.80 | | Light refreshing bitter, quite hoppy, very easy drinking. |
| Butcombe - Brunel Atlantic IPA | 5.00 | | Sweet with a floral aroma and honey taste. Quite nice but a little sweet for me. |
10 Mar 2008 (Blair)
Quiet, only 3 or 4 people in tonight. Sat and had a chat with Andy the landlord.
| Burton Bridge - Top Dog Stout | 5.00 | | Dark brown red body with quick light tan bubbles. Coffee and roasted malt flavour. Full body has slight bitter finish. Not unpleasant, quite nice. |

| Okell's - IPA (or Dr Okell's IPA) | 4.50 | Not Tried | |
24 Feb 2008 (Blair)
Lunchtime session on the sunday, always a great atmosphere. Spent far too much money on raffle tickets, didn't win a thing, oh well.
| Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') - DogBolter Dark Porter | 5.60 | | Outstanding porter, rich and dark with a smooth velvety texture. Delicious as always. |
| Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') - No. 7 | 3.80 | Not Tried | |
| Batemans - Hooker | 4.50 | Not Tried | |
22 Feb 2008 (Blair)
Came in at around 8, good atmosphere as per usual. Wanted to stay all night but have a long day ahead tomorrow.
| Dark Star - Six Hop | 6.50 | | Slightly hazy amber coloured with a frothy, off-white head. Big aroma of grassy, spicy hops. Sweet caramel balancing mouth puckering hops and a warming alcohol finish. Extremely good. |
| Batemans - Hooker | 4.50 | | Orangey golden. Some fresh tobacco in the nose. Caramel toffee, slight sweetness. Nothing special, but nice enough. |
| Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') - No. 7 | 3.80 | Not Tried | |

10 Jan 2008 (Blair)
Popped in as I'd been told they'd added an extra couple of pumps for ale. They're also now selling Biddingdens cider on handpump which is quite rare. Real friendly local pub, perfect place to come for a chat.
| Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') - No. 7 | 3.80 | | Tasty session bitter on good form. |
| JW Lees (see also Lees) - John Willie's | 4.50 | | Sweet with a caramel flavour to it. Quite pleasant. |
