19 Feb 2017 (Stephen Harris)
A small crowd present. I liked all the railway stuff in here. I also liked the fact that participation in the group conversation (about dogs) was not compulsory and that it was possible to disappear unobtrusively into a corner to enjoy my pint.

17 Jan 2017 (ChrisE)
Afternoon visit with a trickle of customers coming and going. I was horrified to see a Marshall loudspeaker being installed in the pub what was relieved to discover that it is only there for a pub quiz later in the day. I had not previously been aware that this pub is owned by the same people that run the nearby Yard of Ale.

We were the only ones in. The pub crawl must continue.
| Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') - Dark Conspiracy | 4.90 | | A little too cold for my liking. Served by the most polite barman ever. |

10 Sep 2016 (Andrew)
Last stop on our tour. I liked it. The split level was a touch odd for a micropub but actually, I liked that too.

14 Aug 2016 (Alenomore)
14:30 visit. Nice place, only four locals in plus the young barman and myself, in complete contrast, to the utter madness of folk week, that has just finished, so they told me. Five decent, and different, ales on. Good choice of Cider too.
Quirky footnote: In April, yonks before this place opened, I bought a book from Detling Heritage Transpoprt Show, called Mind The Gap, which I'm currently reading at home. I'm sure the governor here has got copy, but if he hasn't, I'll bring it down next time....
| Temperance Union - Vfm Softy | 1.00 | | |
