Hogan Sampling		27 Feb 2025	Got one of the last out of the barrel and second time round I ordered this Kent-brewed pale from Birling, north of West Malling, it ran out. A great shame as was holding its head and lacing well. As for the taste, it was suitably dry and hoppy with a touch of sweetness from being citrusy with a hint of grapefruit flavouring. It was very moreish and only lasted two nights on by all accounts.

Hogan Sampling		26 Nov 2024	Almost last out of the barrel and so only with a slight head and lacing. Minus the conditioning that would come with above. Not much flavour and basically very flat.

Hogan Sampling		24 Nov 2024	2nd night on as put in a very belated first appearance on Saturday evening. Superb head and lacing. A very sharp, hoppy first hit with a dry, moreish mouthfeel which meant another followed.
