Mid afternoon visit. Beer festival in full swing. At least a hundred people here. Superb blues band laying down some mellow sounds. Very enjoyable. All ales still on (see 16 May entry).

Swift one on my cycle ride for a decent pint after Pluck’s Gutter. Wasn’t disappointed, great atmosphere in here with plenty of diners and drinkers.
