Lunchtime Potterers cycle meeting - a good turnout and my son joined me. Good beer and banter, plenty of drinkers and eaters in as seems the norm for a Thursday lunchtime here.
Goacher's - Real Mild Ale | 3.40 | | A perfect pint of mild, good head, clinging to the sides as I supped it. |
Dark Star - Hophead (some has also been brewed by Fuller's) | 3.80
Hopdaemon - Incubus | 4.00 | Not Tried
Fuller's (part of Asahi Europe) - London Pride | 4.10 | Not Tried

Lunchtime cycle meet. We sat in the sun trap at the back of the pub. Green hop ales and, sadly, a final cask from Constellation Brewery, now apparently ceased trading.
Constellation - Indus | 3.90 | | Smashing ale - good body for a 3.9
The landlord told me the brewery had just ceased trading - what a shame. |
Hopdaemon - Incubus | 4.00
Old Dairy (being contract brewed after it closed) - Extra Pale Ale Green Hop | 3.70 | | Fresh, but rather insipid. |

Thursday lunchtime - pleased to see the pub doing well. Missed their recent beer festival unfortunately - it apparently was very successful. Must try harder next year. Only 2 ales on I think - Gadds was so good I stayed on it.
Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') - No. 5 | 4.40 | | Perfect after a warm, dry cycle. |
