I'd had about my fill of the day and I was passing. I sat at the back of the pub and soaked up the rays of the sun. Friendly service.

Just a few in at lunchtime. The pub shut at 2.30 on a Sunday just before xmas.....and was closed in the evening due to a private party.

Mad Cat - Crispin Ale4.00AcceptableJust about OK. A bit of an eggy smell and a hint of the well known buttery taste of a beer that's not quite right.
