Lunchtime- first stop on a mini cycle tour of East Kent. 2 other beers on - a Gadd’s green hop was one. Good chatting with the two other customers - one used to work at the Hair of the Dog - my next stop.

Early afternoon - I had cycled to the Butchers Arms - but alas it was closed - so thought I would try here as Andrew had noted it open. Glad I did, vey good beer and an interesting chat with a local (Alan) - who had been at the same secondary school as me - albeit 20 years later. Three ales on - but I didnt note the others.
