Some friends of mine from Finland were over and wanted to visit a real traditional English pub, where better than The Arty?
BeerABVScoreNotes
Hopdaemon - Incubus4.00ExcellentEver reliable.
Wantsum - Turbulent Priest4.40ExcellentA lot better than the first time I had this. Full bodied beer with roasted malt and fruit. Lovely.
Tring - Huck Me Buck4.40GoodFruity, malty bitter. Not too shabby.
Rudgate - Well Blathered5.00GoodLight and hoppy with a grassy floral taste.
Sharp's - Doom Bar4.00Not Tried

Dropped in after playing some football down the road. Beer line-up was pretty dire and I wasn't too comfortable with the sort of people drinking in here either. Hopefully it's just a blip and the place isn't on the slide.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Springhead - Roaring Meg5.50GoodThis one's not bad, in fact it was quite nice. Sweet and fruity with just a little spice. Would expect a little more flavour for 5.5% if I'm going to be critical.
Loddon - Ferryman's Gold4.40AcceptableSweet and slightly buttery. My tastebuds must be changing because I found this too sweet today.
Triple fff - Stairway4.60AcceptableNot bad but not that memorable. A little dusty with some fruit, pretty boring beer in my opinion.
Sharp's - Doom Bar4.00Not Tried
Burton Bridge - Stairway To Heaven5.00Not Tried

Had an hour to kill before work so what else to do but nip into the Arty? Grabbed a paper and sank a quick pin, very nice it was too.

Started the night in here before moving on to Broadstairs. It was really busy in tonight. Stuck some Fleetwood Mac on the jukebox and had some great beer.
BeerABVScoreNotes

RCH - Double Header5.30GoodNice fruity beer.

Dropped in for a couple before work. Meat raffle was in full swing and everyone was in a jovial mood.
BeerABVScoreNotes

Wolf - Granny Wouldn't Like It !!!4.80PoorI thought I liked this beer but on this occasion it wasn't great. A little tangy and tasted on the verge of being off.

Just dropped in for the one before I had to achive something with the evening. Fair smattering of locals in a variety of alcohol induced conditions.

This pub always seem to be busy, we sat at the upper level, and enjoyed a beer and a chat. Unfortunately I did not make a note of all the beers on offer.
