One of those lovlely moments where you go further and further up the barxseeing what beers are on and then there on the last handpump is Jaipur! Friday early evening and time to get stinking drunk.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Thornbridge / Thornbridge Hall - Jaipur5.90ExceptionalIt's Jaipur and it's glorious. I try to think of a beer I would rather drink now and I cant. Will be back tomorrow as well as long as I dont get too Jaipur-ly

I aspied Mr Excell entering the pub just as I was locking up my bike. So we got a couple of pints and sat and chatted about beer and places visited and plans for the future. I very enjoyable early evening.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Hook Norton - Flagship5.30AcceptableIts too sweet. Too much unsubtle alcohol..Lots of english hops on finish. Not great
Everards (see entries against Joule's & Robinsons whilst its new brewery was being built) - Whakatu3.70AcceptableNot enough hops, not enough malt for a backbone. Needed more of everything in my opinion. Bit of yeast character on the aroma.
Thwaites - Daniel's Hammer5.00AcceptableBit of yeast character which is quite strong. Cant decide if I like it or not. Lots of yeast character. Hmmmmm. Ok just
