Refuelling pint here at the end of a walk from Folkestone in sometimes bleak conditions. Just a few late Sunday lunch tables taken at 5pm.

Centrally located hotel and restaurant in Red Lion Square with large open plan bar. No juke box or fruit machines but plenty of board games to enjoy. Real ales are usually from Kent micro-breweries.
