Robert and I moved here when I remembered the Brew Pub focus here this week.

This because of the barrel-aging in a white wine cask and the addition of brettanomyces. This gives a pale, cloudy beer with a dry, woody, winey taste and a pleasant sourness. Complex. |

A brand new pub opened on 13 September 2011 in the Westfield Shopping Centre at Stratford. It is directly opposite Stratford International railway station in what is called International Square, the pub contains a micro-brewery and stocks approximately 500 bottled beers. It is a sister pub to the Rake in Borough Market. 6 handpumps in 2 banks of 3 with one bank usually reserved for Tap East's own brews.
