Hogan Sampling		31 Dec 2025	My 2nd beer of this visit: Also fresh on and very good head and lacing and lasting the course on this Peterborough-brewed Single Hop (Citra) IPA! A markedly fruity first bite. A fruited-infused hoppiness rising from its 100% USA-sourced Citra hops. Tropical fruit flavours bobbing up and balanced with some pleasant maltiness from Maris Otter and Wheat Malt sailing out.

Hogan Sampling		17 Apr 2025	Fourth night on for this Peterborough-based single hop IPA and rather tired. Head and lacing held but a decant was necessary. A somewhat vinegary first hit. A sharp fruity touch in the mouthfeel followed by an explosion of hops on the taste buds and lingering.

Hogan Sampling		15 Apr 2025	Second night on for this Peterborough-based IPA and presented with superb head and lacing and which lasted. A sweetish and hoppy resinous first hit. A fruity mouthfeel from all those tropical and citrus hop flavours coming to get you. A dry fruited hoppiness lingering.

It was only mildly sweet in the mouthfeel despite the big tropical and citrus hop flavours mentioned in the tasting notes. There was a dry and ever so slightly sweet aftertaste.
