Brian | | 25 Sep 2010 | Golden ale, spicy slightly meaty aroma, some yeasty bread dough with astringent bitterness. A bit like new car interior says Pete (who coincidentally had just picked up his new Golf). |
Ian | | 26 Sep 2009 | Been looking for this for ages. Clean gold, lasting bubbly white head. I thought perhaps some diacetyl on the aroma. Interesting rye cereal flavour in the mouth. Really quite hoppy on finish. Cracking condition makes up for a lot. Some lemon and lime citrus on finish. Yes, some biscuit/digestive biscuit flavour on finish. Some diacetyl butter. Odd, but interesting and definitely worth trying. |

Blair | | 27 Sep 2008 | Not a bad beer but probably my least favourite of the Gadds' range. Light with a nice straw flavour, quite harsh at the end though. |
